How to know the shortcut commands

Hi friends now i am going to show u how to know the shortcut run cmd for every program in system .To find shortcuts steps are shown below.Here i am showing some example
step1: press start botton and go to all programs
step2:go to Accessories and System Tools-->System Restore
step3: go to system restore properties in shortcut tab you find target block.
step4:here u will find "%SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe".
setp 5: go to run and type last word "rstrui.exe" the program will launch.
